In Support of The Yorkshire Air Ambulance

Motorcyclists Tony Hoad and Hag Taylor will undertake a sponsored ride in the Cumbrian Lake District to raise funds for the Air Ambulance.

The challenge will be to circumnavigate the National Park and then to circle the 14 major lakes individually.

Where there is no road all the way round a lake the riders will travel to the farthest point possible in each direction.

The aim is to complete the entire trip to and from York in 3 days (Friday to Sunday).

The riders will be sleeping in tents for the overnight stops.
